Warren Miller Places 2nd At Soloman Island
The MitiGator boat driven by Warren Miller placed 2nd in Soloman Island, Maryland over the past weekend. Warren began the race strong picking off boats from the start heading towards the lead position.
On the 6th lap Warren was able to pull into third before taking a sharp turn at too high a speed causing the boat to nearly flip on its side. “The boat was so far up on the side that my helmet was in the water. In fact, my helmet filled up with water for a few seconds. I thought I was going to drown in my helmet” said Warren after the race.
Warren praised the MitiGator Cushioning System installed in his seats for protecting him during that sharp turn that nearly capsized the boat. Once Warren recovered he managed to finish the race in third, however, the lead boats did not make weight which gave Warren a second place finish. You can catch Warren in his next OPA race at Orange Beach Alabama October 7th-9th.
